‘The Capers At Cricketers Copse’ is the latest offering from local playwright, Richard Coleman. Set in 1958 at Fritton-upon-Sewer Cricket Club, we see the club celebrating its Centenary Year. But archaeologists, land developers and Exodus Squint, the grounds-man, have other ideas. Will the match between Fritton and Dumley-under-Neverthrossall ever get played? Will the donkey sanctuary at Mucky Doings survive? Join us and see mayhem ensue in a family show, ‘The Capers at Cricketers Copse’.
