TICKET SALES INFORMATION AND BOOKING FORM
BOOKING ARANGEMENTS - FROM 2ND JUNE
To order tickets please download and fill in the booking form.
Tickets will be available from the Festival Box Ofice
situated in the Village Hall Annexe from Saturday 23rd June
Please fill all parts of the booking form carefully and clearly.
Put your completed booking form in an envelope together with your remittance
(cash or cheque). Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Lymm Festival.
Please make out a separate cheque for Festival Picnic ticket orders to make refunding
easier if the event sells out quickly. Also write a separate cheque for a gazebo ticket.
The envelope, addressed to Lymm Festival, containing the order may be taken to:
- Lymm Electrics, Bridgewater Street, Lymm
- Rushgreen Service Station, Rushgreen Road, Lymm
- The Festival Box Office, Village Hall Annexe,
Pepper St, Lymm from Saturday 23rd June.
Extra copies of the order form will also be available at the above outlets.
You may specify on the form which outlet you would like your order to be delivered
to. Whenever possible your ticket order will be returned to the outlet within
24 hours. If you wish the tickets to be sent by post you must include a stamped
addressed envelope with your order. If an event is sold out, your money will be
refunded. Lymm Festival regrets that it cannot deal with electronic payment.

FESTIVAL BOX OFFICE:
Saturday 23rd June to Friday 29th June, 10am to 4pm.
Monday 25th to Wednesday 27th June, 6pm to 8pm.
Saturday 30th June to Saturday 7th July, 10am to 5pm.
Unless specified, tickets will be available on the door at most events.
