Lymm Festival 2012 - Dates announced

The dates for the 2012 Lymm Festival have been announced. From 28 June - 8 July 2012, there will be around 50 events taking place in the village of Lymm including dance, drama, music, comedy and literature. During the Festival, Lymm celebrates the wealth and diversity of talents to be found amongst the members of the community, and provides plenty of opportunities for exploring and enjoying the local environment. If you can't wait that long, then check out our programme of 'winter warmer' events designed to get you in the mood for next year's festival! . Here's to another successful year!

Winter Warmers

Whilst planning for Lymm Festival 2012 gets underway, we have arranged some of our Winter Warmer events

On January 25th are the ecletic sound of "Not Exactly Rocket Salad"

The very welcome return of Ian McMillan. The Barnsley poet will be permforming at the Statham Lodge on Friday Feb 3rd in "Talking Myself Home".

Monday Feb 6th there is another of the popular "Cookery Demonstrations" by Aiden Byrne.

New Director

Lymm Festival has appointed Jacquie Davies as its director to replace Honor Giles who is standing down formally at the end of August.

Prize Draw

Thanks to all those people who provided feedback on Festival 2011, via our online survey. The information collected will inform us in planning of future festivals. The prixe draw took place on Saturday 17th September. See Prize Draw.
