Online tickets can be purchased by clicking on the appropriate ticketing option within the relevant Event Page. Choose the event you wish to buy tickets for and click on the ‘Tickets’ button on the right hand side of the page. A drop down menu will show whether the tickets are being sold online and the price. In most cases, there is only one option, in which case it will show as ‘All’ with the amount shown in the ‘Buy’ box as, for instance, 10GBP for £10.  Only when there is a price for an Adult and another for a Child will there be more than one ‘Buy’ button.

Select the ticket you require by clicking on the ‘Buy’ button. You will be taken to the Lymm Festival Box Office screen where you can adjust the number of tickets you require. The ‘Recalculate’ button should then be pressed to update the amount due in the last column.

By clicking on the back arrow at the top left hand corner of the screen, you will be returned to the Event page just visited, where you can continue to buy tickets at different prices for the same event e.g. Adult and Child.

Clicking on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button will return you to the website Events page where you can choose other Events you want tickets for and follow the same process. To clarify, it is possible to buy tickets for multiple events in one purchase; you do not need to do separate transactions for each event.   

When you have finished buying all the tickets you require, check the Box Office screen to ensure you have everything correct. You can adjust the ticket numbers or remove events on this screen and then remember to click the ‘Recalculate’ button.

Then click on the ‘PayPal/MasterCard/Visa button’ to checkout.  Here you can choose your preferred method of payment. If you have a PayPal account then you can login and pay in the normal way. However, if you prefer not to pay using PayPal, scroll down the page and click on the ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card’ button. Please note that the wording on this button may differ depending on how recent the version of your computer software is or how up-to-date your mobile phone is. The functionality though is still the same.   

You are now in a PayPal Guest Checkout area. You will be asked to enter your card details and your email address so that we can send you the tickets and also a receipt. Further down this screen you will be given the option of whether to open a PayPal account but if you click on ‘No, I don’t want an account now’, please be reassured that you will not be opening a PayPal account. It is your choice entirely.

Once your online order has been completed and paid for, you will receive two emails to confirm the booking. One is you receipt and the other will contain a link to your tickets. Press the ‘Click here to print the tickets you have purchased’ button and you will be taken to a screen where they can be printed from. Please note that if you have booked multiple events, you will need to separate the tickets manually and bring only the relevant tickets to the event.

There is no administration charge for buying online tickets.
