Lymm Chess Club Extravaganza

Our Lymm Chess Club event is in two parts.

There will be a youth (under-18) chess tournament, over 6 games, with prizes in the morning.

Then a simultaneous display against our very own candidate Lymm grandmaster Tom Quilter in the afternoon.

Everyone is welcome. Try your hand!

Free entry. Coffee provided.

Please note that this event is upstairs so may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

If you can’t make it to the Festival events – or even if you can, and just want more – you can come to one of our weekly meetings (on Tuesday nights in the Spread Eagle at 7:30 pm). Youngsters and seniors of all abilities can come and enjoy the great game. Meetings are free and it’s a great way to learn, make friends, relax and play over the chessboard.
